Terms and Conditions Holiday Cottage Suie Hotel
We will hold a provisional booking for a period of seven working days pending receipt of a completed booking form. On acceptance of any booking the signatory will become liable for payment of the balance of rental for the whole period booked, full payment of which must be made not less than 35 days prior to the arrival date. Bookings made less than 35 days prior to the arrival date must include payment in full for the period of the rental. In the event of a cancellation the full rental will be due unless the property is re-let for the specified dates.
Booking deposits are non refundable. The deposit will be kept to cover additional administration and re advertising costs.
Additional charges
additional charges will be made when the cottage building and/or its contents require extra cleaning at the end of the rental period. Charges will be made for any damage or breakage to the cottage building and/or its contents and/or any missing items, the cost of which will be deducted from the security deposit. Costs that may be incurred in excess of the £75 will be charged to the customer.
Sending a deposit will be deemed to be an acceptance of all the terms and conditions herein.
When you reserve the cottage you are entering into a legally binding contract. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation and curtailment insurance. Clients are also advised to take out cover for personal effects. Under no circumstances can the owner or agent be held liable for any loss or damage to clients property.
Suie cottage owners reserves the right to change or amend their terms and conditions at any time. All information is believed to be correct at time of publishing. But we reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without notice.
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However you have the right to:-
Accept the changed arrangements as notified or
Make alternative arrangements with the cottage owners or
Cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid for the cottage.
For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any booking.
