Terms & Conditions Suie Hotel Bookings
A current credit card/debit card number is required in order to make a reservation. A £40 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
To ensure maximum availability for our customers at all times. The Suie Hotel operates a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within this period will be charged in full, including VAT unless the accommodation is re-let.
We strongly recommend that you arrange appropriate personal travel or holiday insurance.
The credit card given as a guarantee will be debited for any shortages or damages that may have been overlooked at the time of your departure.
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However you have the right to:-
Accept the changed arrangements as notified or
Make alternative arrangements with the Suie hotel or
Cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to the Suie hotel
For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any bookings.
All prices shown include vat @ 20%. If there is any change in the vat rate, prices will be amended accordingly.
